Meeting Cost Calculator - Plugin design
Meeting Cost Calculator is a product designed and built by our venture studio, Apollo 21 Ventures.
I participated on the design team as a UX/UI Designer, attending product meetings, discussing the best approaches, and evaluating competencies.
Together with the Apollo 21 team that contracted us, we devised a plugin for Google Calendar to provide business leaders with tools to quantify and track the cost of meeting time within their organizations, and to guide teams in conducting more productive meetings.

Based on research, we extracted these relevant data for the development of this application
From the very beggining
In several sessions, we gradually uncovered through annotations and discussions to extract flows and start asking ourselves the right questions to tackle the project.
Afterwards, we arrived at this small flow that evolved over time
Exploring the identity
Many designs were tested, many styles explored to achieve the sensation we wanted, an identity that could coexist with Google Calendar without compromising visual balance too much but maintaining individuality to express that we are a plugin.
At the end, none were liked, but they helped us define the direction.
